Marquette Theater

The Marquette Theater was located on Kedzie Avenue and 63rd Street, just four blocks away from the Colony Theater on 59th Street and S. Kedzie Avenue. The theater seated 950 and opened in 1917. 

It was easy for Mt. Greenwood kids to reach on the Kedzie Bus. It closed in January 1981.
