Obituary


Mary Ann Holzhall nee Wilczynski. Lifelong Chicago Heights resident. Wife for 49 years of Vincent Holzhall. Loving mother of Vincent (Rachel) Holzhall and Julie (Joseph) Romenesko. Proud grandmother of Evelyn and Charlotte Holzhall and Betsy, Charlie and Ben Romenesko. Daughter of the late Clara nee Kaczmarski and Stanley Wilczynski Sr. Sister of the late Stanley (Eva) Wilczynski Jr. Beloved cousin, aunt and dear friend of many. 

Mary Ann was employed for 25 years by the Chicago Public Schools as High School English teacher, having taught for 20 years at Morgan Park High School. She was a graduate of St. Agnes Grammar School, Loretto Academy in Woodlawn, Mundelein College, and received her Master's Degree in English from Loyola University. 

Resting at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, 530 W. 14th St (US Rt. 30, 3 Blks e. of Western Ave) Chicago Heights on Tuesday Sept 24th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral Wednesday 9:15 AM to Infant Jesus of Prague Church, Flossmoor. 

Mass 10:00 AM. Interment Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood.
