Morgan Park High Graduate Leonard Koch, Nuclear Pioneer, Dies at 95

"Mr. Koch helped to develop two of Argonne's experimental nuclear reactors. The first one, known as the Experimental Breeder Reactor-1, or the EBR-1, was the first nuclear reactor in history to tap the atom to produce usable amounts of electricity."
