Just a reminder to anyone who is interested in playing a round of golf, having a nice dinner afterwards and paying tribute to our friend Dave Noren:
Andy Noren, myself and a few others (some from Dave Noren's church) are playing golf (in a Scramble format) on Monday, August 22nd at the Water's Edge Golf Course at 7205 West 115th Street in Worth, IL commencing at Noon. There is room for more players, too. (The planned outing was canceled earlier this month).
Plus, there will be a dinner following the golf at Water's Edge with an impromptu Tribute/Memorial to Dave Noren during and after the meal. August 22nd is the one-year anniversary of Dave's death.
Even if you don't want to golf, please come to the golf course around 5:00 PM; we'll have some tables reserved, as we'll be ordering off the menu and you'll be on your own regarding cocktails and other beverages. Should be a fun time and we'll be telling stories relating to Dave's life and in his
memory. Hope to see some of the EMPEHI crowd there.
