Flashback 47 years ago today: On Jan. 26 and 27, 1967, Chicago was buried under an epic 23 inches of snow. Now immortalized as The Blizzard of '67, high winds helped create drifts 4 to 6 feet high. Somewhere under all this snow is Lake Shore Drive. (Chicago Tribune historical photo)
