Type in an address and you get a lot of info about the home and neghborhood.
The graph above shows the average value of the home, the neighborhood, and the City. The neighborhood above is the Mt Greenwood area of Chicago. Over ten years housing values went up rapidly, and then have continued down since 2006.
Every housing market is different. Most of the nation has experienced the same value swing, but some markets are now recovering.
