New Years Resolutions - Jan 3, 2019


Jan 3, 2019 after avoiding the nasty scale through the eating holidays I found that I had gained 10 lbs!. 


Shock and Dismay!  Who knew that eating mass quantities of food and drink and not exercising would do this?


So I finally made my New Years Resolutions. 

Hey, better late then never.


Resolutions:  

Don't Procrastinate

Eat Less

Work Out

Lose Weight

Travel More

Be Nice

Avoid political wrangles

Don Worry, Be Happy

Run Spiel Chek
