1 day ago - The great Minnie Minoso passed away on Sunday. Let's take a moment to reflect upon his baseball life.

  15. Minnie was one of our White Sox stars.  Most young boys from the south side knew the 1959 better than any other team.  The players I remember in addition to Minnie were Larry Doby, Luis Aparicio, Nelly Fox, Sherman Lollar, Jungle Jim Rivera, Jim Landis, Billy Pierce, and Early Wynn.
