Morgan Park Centennial Apparel Order Instructions
Orders will be distributed at the end of every month.
2. Click “Team Order Form” tab on top right of page
3. Find “Morgan Park Centennial Apparel” and enter Access Code “910110”
4. Pick Products and Product size, then Add to cart for all items you would like to purchase
5. Proceed to checkout (create account and checkout online)
Make sure to SELECT SHIPPING OPTION
Pick up at MPHS - $0.00
Ship to shipping address - $15.00
